Terms, Conditions & Private Data Protection
By ordering from our website you agree to our terms and conditions.
Goods can be paid via Paypal (website) or by credit/debit card (in our shop) and they remain the property of Goose Shed until the payment has been received in full. Goods cannot be collected by the buyer or the moving company until the payment has cleared.
All prices are quoted in British Sterling (£00.00). A buyer from overseas will receive a second confirmation note and will be charged at the exchange rate at the time of invoicing. The prices on the website do not include any Import Duties.
The buyer has to arrange the collection of the goods within 7 workdays after the purchase. Goose Shed cannot be held liable for any potential delivery problems that may arise by external carriers. If the buyer is not able to pick up the purchased good after 7 workdays storage might be charged after this period.
Our products are original vintage items and we do not accept any returns of goods or provide any guarantee. We try to supply as many pictures of the items as we can and mention any noticeable marks in the description. In order to inspect the condition of the goods, we highly recommend on-site viewing before the purchase or we can provide additional photos. Payment of the goods either via the website or in the shop implies the approval of the state of the goods.
There may be evidence of old woodworm at some of our wooden original vintage furniture. We do re-treat anything that may or may have not wood worm and take care that it is done throughout. However we cannot guarantee that the treatment on the original vintage furniture is totally effective and Goose Shed cannot be held liable for any damage caused to furniture supplied or surrounding furniture or building materials.
Lamps or other electric goods are sold as antique and it is the buyers responsibility to have them checked and certificated by a licensed electrician before using. Goose Shed cannot be held responsible for any damage resulting from the use of these goods.
The company's liability to the buyer will at no time exceed the price of the goods supplied. The company shall be under no liability whatsoever for any loss, damage or expense wether directly or indirectly resulting from the supply of goods.
